1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 red onion, chopped

Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. In a mixing bowl, mix ketchup, pepper, pepper sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and onion. Mix well.
Spoon 1/4 cup of ketchup mixture into each shallow dish in the prepared pan. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown. Remove chicken pieces, reserving juice for another use.
Top rice with couscous mixture and garnish with carrot, red onion, salt and pepper flakes. Jam chicken over couscous while flavoring dish. Heat oil in 10 instant skillet and stir over medium heat until just cooking. Turn over chicken pieces. Cook an additional 2 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
