4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 ounces pancano cheese
4 slices Brie cheese
4 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, salt, basil, oregano, basil, rosemary, olive oil and pancano cheese. Spread this mixture over a slice of cheese, or on a slice of Brie cheese.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Fry pancano cheese slices until golden. Transfer to a serving dish. Cut slices of Brie cheese into small squares. Place atop pancano cheese slices.
Chop cooked pancano cheese slices and Brie cheese squares in large bowl. Shape mixture into 1 to 1/2 inch rolls. Serve with tomato paste, sliced tomato, Brie, olive vinaigrette, Worcestershire sauce, pepperjack cheese and tomato slices.
Very good and simple recipe. I like to over-cook it as I don't like hot cookies.
