1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
In a medium bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, oregano, basil and thyme. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Alternatively, refrigerate overnight.
