I ate this sandwich before and after cooking it the other night. It was very tasty but I would double the pepper. I used hot or jarred red hot sauce. I used white vinegar. I used garlic powder. I used each of the following: Italian seasoning, Chipotle, Masala, Paprika, and a tiny pinch of cinnimon. I used Reduced Sodium Triethanolamine (which is what it says on the container but is actually sodium bicarbonate). I used Willow Fork dry red wine vinegar. I used Betty Crocker's Balsamic Vinaigrette. I used Half & Half. I would fill this sandwich with Heath candy bars or peanutbutters. CHALLENGED!
