1 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup light whipping cream
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese and 1 (9 inch) square pan.
Stir margarine, sugar, and vanilla into a large bowl, beat on low speed until blended. Beat in eggs and lemon zest; beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Mix in lemon extract and milk. Gradually beat in butter, whipping cream, and milk until mixture is stiff. Fold in vanilla extract. Spread into crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool before removing from pan. Cool completely. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
