3 ounces spicy spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon hot chili powder, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 ounce liquid smoke flavoring
1 cup water
2 pounds Korean macaroni
In a large mixing bowl, mix spicy brown mustard, onion and chili powder. Stir together.
Place seasoned cheese in a large bowl and spread with remaining 2 tablespoons mustard. Microwave 2 minutes more or until cheese is melted and crumbly. Remove from bowl and spoon onto a large serving plate.
When the cheese mixture is spreadable, spread half of it over the top plate and spread the remaining half on the bottom. Place wrapped macaroni on the surface of the cheese mixture.
Repeat with remaining macaroni. Cover dish and refrigerate immediately. Serves 4.
