New York Style Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons kirsch

1 egg white

2 tablespoons milk

1 (9 inch) prepared Duggies chocolate cookie

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix together butter, sugar, kirsch and egg white until smooth, then spread onto foil or cookie sheet. Arrange jelly beans around perimeter of graham cracker pan. Fill crust with nuts and holiday cookies.

Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cookie from oven. Cool completely.

While peanut butter mixture is cooling, cream together cream cheese, cream cheese, kirsch and egg white until frosting is smooth. Mix in milk and flour. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie crust. Chill 1 hour. If desired, fill crust with another layer of cookies.
