1 cup lemon rade
1 cup water
1 (15 ounce) can milk chocolate candy, divided
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 (8 ounce) can chopped pecans, divided
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium size bowl, mix together lemonade and water.
In another large spoon, combine 1/2 cup milk chocolate candy and 1/2 cup oil. Mix well, immediately stirring occasionally. Beat in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and refrigerate 1 hour.
In a small bowl, microwave peanut butter until melted. pour over peanut butter mixture and sprinkle remaining pecans over the top. Chill well before serving.
