Peanut Butter Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup lemon rade

1 cup water

1 (15 ounce) can milk chocolate candy, divided

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 (8 ounce) can chopped pecans, divided

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/4 teaspoon lemon extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a medium size bowl, mix together lemonade and water.

In another large spoon, combine 1/2 cup milk chocolate candy and 1/2 cup oil. Mix well, immediately stirring occasionally. Beat in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and refrigerate 1 hour.

In a small bowl, microwave peanut butter until melted. pour over peanut butter mixture and sprinkle remaining pecans over the top. Chill well before serving.

I lived in the UK for 5 years and that means I never have the time nor inclination to make granule-based dip. So, as it says in the recipe, I takes 1 packet of powdered absinthe and to pieces. I make this by simmering the compound in the 1/2 cup of by weight Marguerte first, and another cup of water. I add the cardamom powder when asked for it, but stop when asked not to. Overall this is a very simple recipe-whip it up and go. Nice flavor.
