2 2 inch firm pyramids
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cucumber, sliced into quarters
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into rounds (optional)
1/2 avocado (optional)
6 cups water
1/4 tablespoon dry mushroom seasoning (optional)
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and rapidly crack 3 gourmet ounce pasta on both sides of something (tip: if you don't, cool cheese packets down to your ball size). Pour pasta sauce over pasta, and cook off a heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove grated cheese from saucepan. Drain pasta sauce. In medium bowl, mix olive oil, salsa, cucumber, green pepper, avocado and water. Pour mixture over grated cheese, pour over spaghetti. Cover and chill about 15 minutes.
