2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons table salt
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon milk
1 cup vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grab a large piece of waxed paper, and lightly grease or spray with cooking spray the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine vanilla extract, table salt, sugar and flour. Mix well, and spread the batter onto the waxed paper. press chocolate mixture into the parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove pan from heat, and as soon as the cookie is removed from the oven it will crack.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and milk. Mix well, and place the crackerned with them. Refrigerate cookies for at least 2 hours before removing from pan.
