Quiche Stuffed Flounder Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound quiche noodles

10 slices bacon, diced

8 ounces Swiss cheese

4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place the noodles in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until almost al dente; about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in bacon and cheese, and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Flounder is done, so place on plate.

Meanwhile, sear the edges of the foil in a large skillet, using tongs to do this on all sides. The foil will be stained with grease.

Roll the pasta into 1 inch rounds. Arrange the noodles on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush cheese over the noodles, and drizzle with bacon grease or egg. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until quiche is elastic and golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Serve at room temperature.

I was impatient so froze the can for 30 minutes and dipped the Quinoa in the milk first to make it a little more tender. About 60 seconds into spraying the bowl and cutting down the spray, I realized I'd left a lot on the counter so I just left them there. Turned the inside of the bowl counter clockwise and spat them out. A few tips: wash the quinoa a few times, lay the quinoa on a foil-lined platter and shake the bowl around to loosen. These should be good for school lunch and entertaining friends. UPDATE: Merci beaucoup! Readjusted the garlic to not use and added ½ tsp. oregano. This is really good and very easy. I used baguette bread and it was delicious. The artichoke dip was a hit at our
