White Gummy Bear Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white sweetened vanilla flavored cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1/3 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pudding mix and milk until well blended. Spread evenly into the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk. Pour pudding mixture into cookie sheets.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets to cool completely. Allow cookies to cool completely before removing from cookie sheet.

Great basic recipe. My absolutely delicious. The only addition necessary in order to get rid of any blandness was kosher salt. My family loved it. However, I would have given anything in the world for this recipe to pan out. It was super duper easy to make and I was quite content with the amounts of dill and parathion. I only ended up using a couple of tablespoons of each and was quite satisfied. I will definately make it again.
