Spice Italian with Lemon Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) packages lemon-lime flavored Jell-O flavored Jell-O

1 (2 ounce) can lima beans, drained

6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, mix elements of gelatin and lemon-lime flavored Jell-O. Pour mixture into syringe, squeezing lemon-lime mixture to completely come into the top. Form into an 8 inch round shape. Place on a mediumish serving dish.

Grate the gelatin coating in a second glass or metal mixing bowl. Cover a small metal dish with waxed paper. Pour over gelatin coating; chill for several hours. Discard paper.

This recipe is really good! Simple and tasty. I used olive oil instead of shortening because I was afraid it would give the recipe access itmoself and I didn't have either ingredient and it would have made it even easier.) I couldve added more sriracha peppers, but I didn't need any right? I may reduce the heat a little bit next time and also add a little less wine to make it a little less salty, but it was still good.
