Loaded Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound pork tenderloin

8 slices bread ΒΌ, drained

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried savory

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 cup water

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped scallions

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread the bread slices evenly over the pork. Season with salt, pepper, savory and oregano. Discard any remaining bread.

Mix water, onion and scallions in a large bowl, then pour into the bread pan. Sprinkle with butter mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove pork from oven and let stand for at least 10 minutes, then drain on paper towels.

Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, paprika, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle this mixture over the pork in the pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 1 hour. Remove pan from oven and let stand for at least 10 minutes to allow it to cool and shred. Drain fat and reserve juices, or discard liquid and reserve for another pan.
