2 cups milk chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 (3 ounce) bars graham cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup whipping cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a saucepan, combine milk chocolate and sugar. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until mixture is melted and sugar mixture begins to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in graham cracker crumbs, salt, 1 tablespoon butter and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Spread evenly into prepared 9 inch-size prepared pie dish. Place chocolate filling in center of pie, partially covering crust.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until set and brown. Cool and cut into squares.
To make Chocolate Frosting: In a small bowl, mix whipping cream, chocolate syrup and white chocolate chips. Mix well and spread over pie or pie layers.
