Bacon and Cheese Steak with Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, divided

4 slices bacon

2 (4 ounce) cans milk cheese, diced

1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Lightly oil a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Cut 2 pounds of bacon into 1 inch pieces. Cook bacon pieces in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, crumble, and set aside.

In a medium seasoning bowl, mix milk cheese, Swiss cheese, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, and parsley. Pour dollop of mixture onto bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over cheeses.

Place mushrooms on top of cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon and cheese mixture over mushrooms. Sprinkle seasoning over top. Top with bacon.

Bake in preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until bacon is crisp.
