1 (1 ounce) square dinner roll
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (4 ounce) can diced onion, drained
1 chicken breast, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 (10 ounce) can chopped cooked ham
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, cooked chicken, salt, lemon juice and dill weed. Reduce heat to low and stir in dill weed. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Stir ham into the skillet as well. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Stir fry, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
Sterilize foil to prevent leaking.
Place ham and chicken in foil and seal tightly. Flatten chicken breasts slightly. Spoon lemon juice, dill weed, ham and onion mixture over chicken and soy vegetables. Top with bread cubes.
Cover and cook 2 minutes and let stand 5 minutes.
