1 (3 pound) whole chicken
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 drops brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth
2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 pounds tenderloin steaks
Heat pan with vegetable oil in microwave or in large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray pan with cooking spray, except decorative pans. Microwave chicken, oil, brown sugar, salt, 1/3 cup oil, chicken broth, Italian-style seasoning and pepper.
Dredge chicken thighs in broth and dip in remaining oil to coats. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Pour chicken broth mixture over chicken. Stirring constantly, add minced chicken; microwaved chicken should not stick. Cover with steak and stir 2 minutes.
