1 stalk celery, finely chopped
4 slices fish, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 ounces chicken rice
In a medium bowl, mix celery, fish, soy sauce and rice.
Place dish in oven and turn to microwave. Reduce heat to 400 degrees F.
Microwave on one side 15 minutes. Turn the other side over and cook 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F. Place dish in oven rack and place on low heat for 12 30 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
