1 pound pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a medium bowl, mix the pepper jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion, green bell pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
Place peppers in a large, shallow baking dish and secure with a muslin. Pour half of the cheese mixture over peppers and stuff peppers with remaining cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour to 1 hour. Let cool in pan.
