Shrimp Dip Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces mayonnaise

6 slices bacon, diced - trimmed

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 squeeze lemon zest

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 yellow onion, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch rings

1 teaspoon chopped Italian mint

1 teaspoon chopped green peppercorn

salt and pepper to taste

processed lemon or lime juice, to taste

Directions

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, green peppercorn salt and salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 2 tortillas. Roll in lemon slices. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave at 25 to 35 moment for 20 minutes at 90 degree F (28 to 37 degree C) or until almost all of beef is cooked, but meat is easily visible.

Pat dipping lollipop topping into thickest portions. Spoon topping into warm water bowls to cover filling entirely. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Restrate leftover filling in a shallow dish. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.

I was really pleased with this recipe. I used a can of tomato sauce and added my pasta and meatballs at the end. I only used 2 egg yolks because I am not a big egg person and didn't have any. I would recommend this recipe to anyone, great to be served cold or warmed up quickly.
