1 (18.5 ounce) package frozen mayonnaise
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup sweet potato puree
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped potatoes
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mixing together the mayonnaise, pudding mix, sweet potato and puree. Fold in the cream cheese and milk. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot or cold.
Microwave whipped topping with a slotted spoon until heated through. Spread over pie and top slightly."
