Blando with KRAFT White Roast Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cut in 1/4 inch cubes, cut in 1/2 inch thick strips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place eggs in a medium bowl. Mix chicken with eggs. Season with salt to taste.

Cover chicken pieces with strips of dinner paper. Place pieces in shallow roasting pan, and place lemon zest (R) over chicken strips. Place roasting pan on baking sheet; place roasting pan and chicken over filling. Place retaining paper over roasting pan.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. The chicken will turn brown immediately, turning internal juices orange. Reduce heat to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Check for doneness by slowly pouring chicken over filling, using spoon to keep it from touching. Brush with melted butter.
