I followed recipes exactly using ground pork sausages and apparently they were good... but I didn't measure out the hot sauce so I wasn't rich. This is a great recipe and easy. I followed directions exactly adding a tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, a dash of paprika and a sprinkling of dry thyme. And by the way, I used cranberry sauce instead of white wine. It came out very thick and clotted. Sharp sounds like something I would do regularly.
