Strawberry Cream Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (9 inch) unbaked graham cracker crust

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.

In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the flaked coconut. Fold in the 1/2 cup of sugar. Spread mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
