1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (25 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate
2 cups white sugar
1 (8 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1 cube ice
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir pineapple juice into pineapple concentrate, sugar and marshmallow creme and mix. Set aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine pineapple juice concentrate, pineapple sugar, marshmallow creme and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cake completely before removing foil to cool completely. Loosen with metal spoon or wooden pick, or wire rack. Cool completely by placing layer in refrigerator or freezer. Refrigerate remaining pineapple juice concentrate for use in pineapple flavored liqueur.
