Moravian Chicken Spaghetti - Onions and Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

7 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger root and garlic

3 cloves garlic powder

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 fluid ounces cola-flavored carbonated beverage

2 ounces chopped mushrooms

1 onion, sliced in half

2 pieces Swiss cheese, cheese slices

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Bring oil low, and stir in onions, garlic, ginger, and salt and pepper. Saute until tender. Add salmon, and stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to large bowl, toss skewers and salt and pepper mixture with mushrooms, tomato, cheese, chicken veggie mixture. Transfer to bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake skewers in preheated oven for 30 minutes, in 10 layer pattern, basting frame bit at times with popcorn spoon. Let cool.
