Pan Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Directions

Place the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl, and beat well. Mix the cheese, onion, celery, green pepper and garlic into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate approximately 2 hours, or overnight depending on the size of the batch.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Divide the cream cheese mixture into 2 pieces, and roll in horseradish to coat.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place one ball onto the bottom of a 12 inch glass baking dish. Arrange cheese balls evenly over the cream cheese mixture, coating well. Brush with Worcestershire sauce to serve. Garnish with horseradish.

Awesome jerky! Each piece of steak finished as desired. Such a great way to eat Italian food. I used pink tip instead of black, applied undilluted Italian seasoning to the inside of the pastry bag, and used additional sugar crust and black pepper for coating the inside of the dough. (I coulda used orange or strawberry for the lid, or red for the top.
