1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Place the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl, and beat well. Mix the cheese, onion, celery, green pepper and garlic into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate approximately 2 hours, or overnight depending on the size of the batch.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Divide the cream cheese mixture into 2 pieces, and roll in horseradish to coat.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place one ball onto the bottom of a 12 inch glass baking dish. Arrange cheese balls evenly over the cream cheese mixture, coating well. Brush with Worcestershire sauce to serve. Garnish with horseradish.
