2 cubes cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 ounces Swiss cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon zest
by ricotta cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and cottage cheese until well blended.
Fold in the egg and lemon zest and mix well.
Sprinkle the ricotta cheese over the mixture, cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve immediately or chill several hours before serving.
