4 tablespoons butter
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon milk
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
In a saucepan, heat butter until melted. Remove from heat. Stir chocolate, milk and salt into melted butter and stir until completely smooth.
Remove cookie sheets from freezer. Cut each cookie into 2 inch squares. Roll cookies into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet or paper. Chill for several hours or overnight before removing from paper.
