1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup crushed cornstarch
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 pound potatoes, cubed
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 pound steak, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package tater tots
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a baking sheet in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the onion, salt, thyme, crushed cornstarch, butter and celery.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and stir in the celery, onion, beef, celery, celery, mushrooms and mushrooms. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1/2 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dish comes out clean.
While the dish is baking, combine the potatoes, celery, onion, steak, celery, mushrooms, celery mixture and tater tots. Bake for approximately 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
