1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 orange, juicy with some brown spots

1 pineapple, juiced
2 oranges (il) - peeled, pitted and sliced
1 cup pitted dates
2 cups mango chutney
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons rum
In a bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar and milk. Stir in orange juice and orange chutney. Reduce heat slightly, and stir in sugar until sugar is fully absorbed. Put orange slices on — peel, juice and slice.
Combine mango slices and oranges; top with pineapple wedge. Drizzle with rum; toss to coat. Serve with lime slices.
