2 1/2 tablespoons malt extract
3 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
16 Mayflower seeds
In a small bowl, mix malt extract, vanilla extract, maple syrup and Mayflower Seeds. Chill fruit in refrigerator over night.
In the morning after removing syrup from refrigerator, remove the fruit from the fruit sugar, beat with an electric mixer until well mixed. Fold in the melted chocolate, pureed. Store fruit zipped in zipper bags.
