1 1/2 quarts white sugar
1 pound Brie cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup wine
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 1/2 pounds Swiss cheese, shredded
In a mixing bowl, whip creamed butter until smooth. Gradually pour in sugar. Mix in lemon juice, wine, milk and lemon zest. Slowly add lemon zest and pour into the creamed butter mixture. Garnish with Swiss cheese. Cut into squares.
