1 (10 ounce) package frozen cut green cabbage, thawed
1 pound roma (plum) tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) package shredded Italian cheese mixture
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Drain, cool and chop.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add sliced green cabbage, tomatoes, cheese mixture, mixed vegetables, mushrooms, parsley and wine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Amazing!!! I made this with a steak and baked potatoes dinner and it was soooo yummy.. My new fav green beans recipe ! I followed all of the directions, however, I used fresh green beans from the farmers market and used 1 tsp. of cinnamon added to 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg added to 1/2 tsp. of lemon pepper added to 1/2 tsp. of black salt. I couldnt have cared less how the recipe called for to see if it tasted ok, it was awesome!

Well done REALLY good. If you emulsified cream cheese sauce you would need a further sub say Caesar or Mushrooms etc. Solid bliss.
