Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (6 ounce) package powdered non-dairy creamer

1/4 cup unflavored gelatin

4 cups miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup butter flavored rum

1 cup white sugar

2 cups vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

Directions

Prepare cake according to package directions. Mix powdered creamer and gelatin; pour into pan along center. Lift edges away from sides of pan.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool completely. Fill 12-cup glasses with pudding batter.

To make Topping: In small mixing bowl, mix marshmallows, butter flavoring and sugar until smooth. Fold marshmallows and sugar into chocolate mixture. Spread over pudding layer.
