1 (9 inch) prepared Coney Island New York Style Pie Crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, pudding mix, sugar, and vanilla extract. Press into the bottom of the pie crust. Chill overnight.
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, pumpkin, coconut and shredded coconut. Roll out to measure 1/4 inch cubes. Remove coconut and brush cream cheese mixture over all. Chill overnight.
Cut into short strips or cubes. Place a dollop of whipped topping on top of pie. Pull strips apart and arrange on bottom and sides of pie.
