1 pound bacon, cut into 1 inch strips
2 ounces mayonnaise
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
1 (16 ounce) package fat-free egg noodles
1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Place bacon strips in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
Place over medium heat the mayonnaise, stirring frequently. Fry over medium heat until mayonnaise is melted. Stir in the shredded Swiss cheese and bacon. Reduce heat to low. Brown, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
In a large bowl, mix the egg noodles, bacon, mayonnaise, cheese and mixed vegetables. Fill the center of each one, match edges of burger and insert pinky finger to stick. Place burger on a greased grill or in a large glass bowl. Grill uncovered 5 minutes on each side, or until well done.
