Pecan Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

70 spearmint, crushed

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 teaspoons milk

1 cup pecans

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Bake pie crust in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

way to much sugar added crushed red pepper for fluffier textured texture. also sprinkled a tiny bit of garlic powder on the bottom of the doughnut. Will definitely make often.
