1 large orange, sliced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix the orange slices, oil, water and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
I really like this cake. Very subtle sweetness, and delicious look. My frosting was extra rich, but nothing that couldn't be adjusted by using agar powder and/or honey. I'd buy again.
