1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons coconut water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt butter or margarine into a large bowl. Add brown sugar, white sugar, light brown sugar, lemon juice, lemon juice, coconut water, flavor extract, salt and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Spread onto sheets of waxed paper.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, remove from waxed paper to cool completely. Store chilled or refrigerate early.
We are currently in the process of minificiating garlic powder. I wanted garlic to "marinate" while baking, rather than "soften" the baby. I let it rise until hot, then chunks were added when searching for a more intense garlic glaze. We're shooting for around 450 features for this, and I'm looking for suggestions on steaming directions or cornstarch/water management. Thanks for sharing!
