1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
For a mixer, beat softened cream cheese, cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Beat in the lemonade concentrate. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to roll out.
Roll jelly out until it is small enough to stick to a piece of waxed paper. Spread in a second layer on the waxed paper. Chill until firm. Cut jam into shapes and place in the chilled jelly mold.
