1/2 cup butter
1 (6 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts with juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
In a medium bowl, blend butter and artichoke hearts. Mix together with artichoke hearts. Drain excess fat.
In a medium bowl, blend artichoke hearts, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, rosemary and butter mixture. Mix together. Fold well. Serve over pizza or pasta.
