4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons orange juice
3 cups milk chocolate pieces
COMBINE eggs, butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in medium bowl. Beat butter mixture into eggs; beat in 1 cup cocoa mixture. Stir cream cheese mixture and vanilla into egg mixture.
STIR in orange juice. Cover; refrigerate dough 8 hours or overnight. Using wooden rulers, divide dough into 24 equal pieces. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness; cut into 4 3 inch squares. Cut each piece into 4 pieces. Place, end to end, 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
BAKE for 25 to 35 minutes or until set on bottom and tops of cookies are golden. MELT chocolate pieces and nutmeg in small saucepan; spoon over pudding to prevent sticking. Cool completely.
