1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 red onion, diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 cup onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
In a large bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, green onions, yellow squash, onions, salt, garlic powder, sage, thyme and almonds. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
