6 strawberries
2 lemons
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place strawberries in bowl of a food processor or blender to puree; drain. Scrape strawberry pulp, and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, mix brown sugar, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon zest, brown sugar, egg, lemon zest, lemon zest and lemon zest. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is a darker gray. Stir in vanilla extract.
Return strawberries to saucepan and heat gently until heated through. Transfer to serving dish. Serve warm or cold.
