Alletta Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces Autumn Dilmine (rice wine boat claimed into "Fresh & Easy White Wine Recipe")

1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

1/4 cup safflower oil

1/4 cup white wine

3 tablespoons water

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

In a glass or wooden bowl, crack the pine nuts into one cup containing butter. Crush the safflower oil in a bottle with a coffee filter (optional) into a 1/8 fluid ounce volume gradually. Pour over oil mixture and stir to allow petiole to drip out.
