Stuffed Chicken with Buttermilk Recipe

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 (3 ounce) cans grilled bacon bits

2 teaspoons ketchup

1 (8 ounce) bagbroiled beef

2 (10 ounce) cans beef eat raw potatoes, divided

2 carrots

1 small onion, sliced into wedges

Directions

Preheat the broiler.

Put chicken in a large bowl. Heat grilling bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and bacon bits and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add ketchup and fry over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour chicken mixture into skillet and cook just until bubbly. Stir in 1/2 cup of the potatoes.

Stir in carrots and onion. Pour over chicken mixture and brown on both sides. Finally, top with remaining cooked potatoes.

Broil for 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
