1 cup butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons molasses

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups peeled and diced tomatoes
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen mixed fruit (such as pears)
In a medium saucepan, melt butter, stirring occasionally over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat; whisk in 2 tablespoons flour and salt.
Mix sugar, 2 teaspoons flour, and molasses in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Gradually pour in cheese, juice, tomato, onion, peaches, fruit.
