2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 (16 ounce) package model cream cheese
3 tablespoons white sugar
8 ounces sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup hanbang noodles
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line muffin cups half full with paper liners.
Beat eggs in small bowl until frothy. Stir in milk, oil, flour and sugar; pour batter into prepared muffin cups approximately 2 to 3 inches apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes; remove from oven. Cool on wire racks.
